EASTER HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
1 (8-ounce) package noodles
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, fresh or canned
1 pint sour cream
1 small can chopped olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Cook noodles in salted water, drain.
2. Saute onions, bell pepper, mushrooms in butter five minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients.
4. Mix with noodles.
5. Place in 3-quart casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40
minutes.
