Hi, no specific recipes but two suggestions, try ground lamb if you can
find it and use it like ground beef. Great stuffed peppers if you like
them. Second, lamb chops, expensive but great tasting especially grilled.
I have a small leg of lamb in my freezer and was planning to do a google
search for recipes. Hope we get some good ones.
