Hi.
I've never used Italian sausage in a meatloaf before, but if I had to, I'd
use Italian seasonings, and egg, Italian seasoned bread crumbs and Spaghetti
sauce rather than the usual ketchup. You could top it off with an Italian
cheese mix or just Mozzarella cheese.
If you've got garlic bread, use that in place of the bread crumbs.
