Hi Britney I like to do this once in awhile and it  usually turns out pretty 
good.
I take a few fish filets and marinate them for half an hour. I use lemon juice, 
a few tsps of garlic salt, some Cajun seasoning and and some dry parsley  as 
well.
Then I take a skillet and line it with foil. After that, I coat the pan with 
some chunks of butter. I put the fish in the skillet and then I  cover the 
skillet with foil.
