The meatloaf turned out find. One correction and that is I will cut the salsa in half, from 1 cup to 1/2 cup of salsa.

1 egg
beaten
1 tennis size onion Chopped fine
2 cloves of garlic chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
1/2  cup salsa
Blend all ingredients well and add
1 cup of bread crumbs
Mix in with above.
1 pound of hamburger
1 pound of hot Italian sausage
By hand mix all ingredients and meat together well.

Place on a piece of foil and form into a loaf. Fold foil in the shape of a
loaf pan a round meat. Take a fork and punch some holes in the bottom of
foil to allow grease to run out of meat while baking. Place rack in pan
and set meatloaf on rack. Pour 1/2 cup of salsa over top of meatloaf. bake
350 degrees for about a hour or until temp of meat reaches 175 degrees.
Take out of oven and left stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
