An institutional/industrial grade food processor.  If you can afford the 
price tag, you will not be disappointed.  Only one thing to be careful 
of with the vitamix and i know this because my mother before she died 
got one of these and did not keep the wooden piece out of the vitamix 
while it was running and the vitamix which has a very powerful motor and 
heavy duty parts turned some of that wood into splinters.  So if you're 
going to use the vitamix, no wooden part inside it and no other utensils 
either please!
