Chicken Deluxe Casserole
4 cups stuffing mix, + extra for topping 1 cup melted butter 2 cans cream of celery soup 1 can milk 3 cups cooked cubed chicken or turkey 10 ounces frozen peas, cooked, drained 1 tablespoon minced onion Mix stuffing mix with butter and press in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing mixture. Top with some extra stuffing mix. Bake at 375ºFor 30 minutes.
