I thought about Costco, but they don't have it either. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" ovenproof dish. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Punch small holes into top of hot cake with a toothpick. Spread coconut mixture over cake. Cool and store in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days before serving. Serves 12-16 Note: This cake MUST be made 2 to 3 days ahead.
