Hi, I'm looking for a rhubarb bar recipe that doesn't use oatmeal in the crust. I think the one I had before had powdered sugar and flour and not sure what else. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. Also any rhubarb bread or coffee cake recipes would be great, since I just got some rhubarb yesterday. Does anyone know how long it will keep or how to freeze it? Thanks.
