Brittany, all is is is to gently! Stir or mix in the whipped topping or
whatever ingredient into the already-existing ingredients.

Hi,
I've got a question that I've been wanting to ask for a long time but have
been way too embarrassed. In this recipe, as in many other recipes, I see
the instruction to fold something into something else. What does that mean?

Does it just mean to mix or stir it in?
Thanks,
Brittany
