Usually breads that need a lot of rising time and are not quick breads call
for yeast rather than baking powder or soda.

Subject: [CnD] Baking soda, baking powder, or yeast

Hello,
I have been wondering why some recipes call for baking powder, baking soda
and some for yeast and still some a combination of the three..
Thank you in advance
