I have a large-sized Panosonic that I've been very happy with for the past 4 years. You can also request and get a braille overlay. You'll need a sighted person to help you label everything, but it's just a matter of cutting out the labels, peeling off the back, and then placing them where they go on the oven.

Subject: [CnD] Purchasing a microwave oven

After 33 years of wonderful service, my trusty old faithful large capacity, eleven hundred watt panasonic microwave oven with carousel has died and gone to microwave heaven. So I now an faced with trying to find something hopefully similar to it, which is also blind user friendly. I would appreciate any helpful suggestions anyone might have about where I might find one without spending an arm and a leg for it. Thanks in advance.
