It depends on what kind of dispenser it is. I can't comment on it other
than that, because I never, at any time, put ketchup on fries. I like them
crispy.

The majority of people, who use sight as a sense, rely heavily on it.
Blind
people rely heavily on the sense of touch. In my opinion, this is a major
factor in what is and is not appropriate that should, but is not,
considered
by everyone, blind or sighted. We are individuals, every one of us. You
do
things your way, and I do those things my way. You look, I feel. There
are
some tasks that we, as blind people, perform in a way that would not seem
appropriate to people who can see what they are doing. Some methods go to
the extreme. I know people who use utensils for everything from fried
chicken to French fries, including pizza and barbecued ribs. In all of
these cases, their main concern is neatness or to be prim and proper. I
pleasure in eating these items with my fingers. It is far more
convenient,
for one thing, and the heck with being neat. Enjoy your food. You can
always clean up after you're finished. That's what soap and water are
for.
Eating corn on the cob right off the cob, holding it in my hands, is far
superior to even using those plastic inserts at each end of the cob.

This is good to know. I never knew if it was really appropriate or

to just eat corn that way. I always thought so, and nobody told me
otherwise, but then I began getting more self sonscious with this sort of
thing.
Something some other friends do is they eat their pizza with a fork and
knife, and I had no idea pizza was eaten that way either. I have a hard
time doing it that way.
