Yes, though corked or capped it refrigerates fairly well. The big problem
for wines of any type is oxidation, so a partial bottle has more of a
possibility of decay. To combat this, go to your hobby shop and get a good
sized bag of glass marbles. Boil them for about 15 minutes to make sure they
don't have any bacteria on them, then cool to room temperature and drop them
into a bottle until the volume is back up to the neck of the bottle, then
re-cork or cap tightly.
