Donald, sorry I can't help you, but, I can give you a couple of suggestions. when I buy something new, I get the store employee who's helping me shop, read me the directions. And they will, if you ask them to. I go to Food Basics. Why not try phoning the store where you shop at, and see if they can help you next time.
