Hi, I have a recipe which I'll find and post, although I think I got it from this list, which uses caramels which you cut into small pieces and chocolate chips. The cookies are delicious. When you bake them, you need to line the baking sheets with parchment paper because the cookies are sticky.
I made them and took them to a church function; they all got eaten. I know that caramel pieces can be purchased on line from King Arthur Flour. Happy baking!
