Pumpkin Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin puree
1½ cups whole milk
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp orange zest
½ tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat,
stirring regularly, until steaming.
Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
