Yes. Any cooking oil can be used in a wok. Of course the type of wok will
determine how much and if you need to be consistent with your oils. I use
olive oil in mine, but that's because I use olive oil for most of my oil
needs and because my wok is a heavy cast iron wok, so the seasoning oil is
the best oil to use, and I seasoned it with olive oil.
