This is supposed to cover a pound of cooked pasta. I use between half a pound and 3/4. Once the Butter Garlic Sauce is tossed through I sprinkle Feta or Parmesan Cheese on top. How much cheese is up to you. Begin with a minimum of half a cup.

Basic Garlic Butter
1/3 cup butter
2 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Directions
In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked. Add dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
Serve warm.
