Here are four smoothie recipes as promised. If you want me to post them individually, let me know.

Cherry smoothie
This recipe could use any kind of fruit and yogurt you like best.



Serves 2



Ingredients

1/4 cup frozen cherries, pitted

One 8-ounce container nonfat cherry yogurt

1/4 cup nonfat milk

One cup ice, crushed



Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.



Fruit Shake



Serves two



Ingredients

one and 1/3 cups grapefruit juice

One cup mango, chopped

One banana, chopped

One 8-ounce container nonfat strawberry-banana yogurt

One tablespoon granulated sugar, (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

One cup ice, crushed



Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.



Orange Fuzzy



Serves two



Ingredients

One cup nonfat milk

1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

3/4 cup frozen peaches

One tablespoon granulated sugar, (optional)

One teaspoon vanilla

Ice as needed



Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.



Summer Smoothie



Serves four



Ingredients

1/2 cup blueberries

Two cups strawberries

one cup grapes

One cup orange juice

One cup crushed ice



Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
