Turkey spread

3/4 pounds of dark or white or both
couple sticks of celery
1 med sweet pepper
1 small onion (More if you like)
Place in food processor and pulse until you get the consistency you want for a spread

Place in bowl and add 2 or three tablespoons of mayo. (more is you like)
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in refrigerator and chill a couple hours or over night. I like to chill mine for as long as possible for flavor to marinate into the meat.
Make a salad and spread on crackers, rolls, or bread.
