Thanks for all of your suggestions regarding a very simple meal in the slow cooker. Here's what I ended up doing. I realize most of you may think this is way too simple of a recipe. I really am just learning to cook more things. I thought it was only fair that I post this for everyone since this list is to both contribute and receive, right?
