I guess it depends on how strong you like your coffee. I like mine strong
enough to cause the spoon to protest! So I just fill it to the top but with
enough space to close the lid completely. If you like it weaker than I do,
put a little less in there.

I have a Keurig machine that makes the one cup at a time of coffee, tea or
whatever you want to drink. I also have the holder that you can place your
own coffee in. I would like to know how much ground coffee you should put
into one of those holders? Do you just put the 1 teaspoon in there?
