Hi, Ellen, I searched out a recipe for Shepherd's pie on the internet. I'm not posting it, but it called for 1/2 cup beef broth and some Worcestershire sauce. I suspect that the seasoning mix is similar to a gravy mix so you could substitute the beef broth along with some black pepper and about 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire to get a good flavor.
