three layers sweet potatoes but only two layers apple slices, is that
correct?

Sweet potatoes and apples
Butter a Microwave proof dish.
Layer a layer of sliced sweet potatoes
A layer of sliced apples
Sprinkle a little brown sugar over apples
Slice up some butter thinly and layer over sugar.
Add another layer of potatoes
Than apples slices
Brown sugar
butter
Another layer of potatoes
Brown sugar
Thinly sliced butter
a little ground cinnamon to taste. I used about 1/2 tsp.
Cook on high for seven minutes and give a stir
Cook another 8 minutes and stir and serve.
