I make a lemon pounpcake using 4 eggs and one half cup oil and three fourths cup warm water and a box, small, of lemon instant pudding and a box of Duncan Hines golden butter recipe cake mix. bake in greased and floured 9 by 13 inch pan at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes, test with toothpick for doneness, and when cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Slice, top with the sliced, sugared strawberries, and either real whipped cream, Cool Whip or Reddi Whip in the aerosol can. enjoy. I also have used the large box of lemon instant pudding if you cannot get the smaller box. Sandy
