I am working on two other books right now, one is a copycat book, with recipes that have been published regarding restaurants and others, and some of my original copycats too.
The second one, that is almost done is a cookbook with only my original recopies, ie, those I have created as of late. I have to admit, the juices are really flowing right now, there are new ideas constantly, sometimes more than I even have time to try, and have to put on the back burner until I have some extra time. You will note in the book of my original recipes, I do love Mexican food, and I love cooking with the crock pot.n Those themes are pretty strong through out the book, smiles.
