I have put another new book up. It is called "In My Spare Time." This is one that has only my original recipes in it. Some may look familiar but most likely it is a recipe that for my own use and discretion, I have changed to make it easier, or tastier. I do change quite a few of the recipes I cook as well as creating new ones. So, it is a collection of only 130 some recipes, but most of them I use at least every other week when I need a quick meal, or I need something extra to bring to the shelter.
