Meat Loaves in Muffin Pans From Pearl Pearl came to visit on October 10, 2013 just in time for Thanksgiving. I love meatloaf. As a matter of fact, the day my sister arrived, she requested that I make meatloaf in muffin pans, a recipe she gave me. It turned out really good, and I'd make it again. This is the recipe. 2 pounds of ground beef I used one pound of ground beef, and one pound of Italian sausage one onion, chopped 2 eggs one box chicken stuffing mix seasonings of your choice.
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray your muffin pan with cooking spray. put a ball of meat in to your greased muffin pans, flatten it with your palm.
