Microwave apple crisp Ingredients 6 cups unpeeled apples, cored and sliced. In a two quart microwave dish, arrange apples tossed with the three quarters cup brown sugar. Set aside while making the topping from the remaining ingredients. Mix everything except the butter in a medium bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and rub it into the dry mixture with your fingers until you have a rough but moist mixture. Arrange topping over the apples and microwave uncovered on high for 15 minutes.
