Hi,
I made this recipe years ago; it is simple and delicious and was a hit at a 
party.

Hummus,
>From The Frugal Gourmet

1 15 Oz. can chic peas
1 15 Oz. can chic peas drained
juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini (ground sesame seeds)

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Serve with pita 
bread or vegetables.
