You can call Charleston cooks in Columbia sC at 803-509-8111 or check out
their web site at www.charlestoncooks.com
I just spoke to a salesperson at the store and she stated that she carries a
rectangular bacon press that measures approximately 4 1/2 inches by 6 1/2
inches. She stated that you can order from the store and she will ship it
to you. Not everything on the sales floor is listed on the web site. I
hope that this info helps. Mike

Not only do you not have to turn the bacon, the weight of the press prevents
the bacon from curling up. this sure is nice when making a BLT sandwich.
There is a local company named :Charleston cooks" and they sell a very
heavy cast iron bacon press. I believe that if you Google them you will
find a web site where the press can be purchased. Mike
