I am glad you made your own bread, for it is hard to give a bread recipe to some one who hasn't
For a 16 inch round pizza dough.
1 1/4 c of water
1 tablespoon yeast
Pinch of sugar Maybe a half teaspoon full
1/2 teaspoon salt.
2 2 1/2 1/2 to 3 and a pinch more of flour if needed.
Direction:

Put the water, sugar yeast in a large bowl and mix in flour with a wooden spoon or whatever. Now when the dough starts to form up and pulls away from the sides of the bowl add the salt. add flour , working with your hands to have a smooth dough. Just a little sticky but still workable.
Now there are two ways to knead the dough. The old fashion way and my way.
Old fashion way is to add a little flour on a flat surface and round the dough into its self. Or add a little shortening to your hands and work the dough like you were working putty dough until the dough is smooth and elastic. Put in a greased bowl and let rise. Pat out on greased pizza pan as you shape the dough to the pan. .

1 can of 14 1/2 ounce tomatoes. Either whole or stewed
Drain well, add vodka to the juice and enjoy.

Now that the tomatoes are drained. add a couple cloves of minced garlic
Pinch of oregano, basil, Hot crushed red pepper, and black pepper to taste.

Hi,
Just bought myself a new pizza pan and I would like to start making home made pizzas. I would like any and all recipes for the dough and sauce. I have always made my own bread, buns etc. so I think I am up to it. For the sauce recipes though unfortunately I am unable to eat seeds because of an intestinal problem. In say that though if the sauce is made with tomatoes I can strain.
