[CnD] nuwave oven information

       Hello, several weeks ago, there was some discussion regarding this 
device, at the time, I did not have a unit and had not planned to purchase one. 
 Well, that has changed.  I would like to know if there is an accessible manual 
or recipe guide for the oven.  Thank you very much
