A Mandolin is a device that will cut whatever evenly. There is usually one
very sharp blade, which one can set the depth to give one the thickness or
thinness you are looking for..
There is either a leaver or twist knob that will adjust the height of the
blade.
Use it on all type of veggies here. Zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, and etc.
