I would think that it doesn't list every use. Maybe it will work on any solid fruit or vegetable and, possibly, summer sausages, pepperoni, and stuff like that, although this is mere conjecture, because I do not have one.

My experience has been that they like blood sacrifices, and it doesn't
matter if you're blind or sighted, just about everyone manages to cut
themselves when they use one.

The only safe way is to get a butcher's glove, if you are not sure of
