1 loaf of bread pulled apart into small pieces.
1 cup chicken broth. if the bread seems a little dry you can add just a small
amount of broth.
1/2 cup onion.
2 stalks celery chopped very fine. I put in a food processer.
1 tsp sage.

I used a 2 and 1/2 pound turkey breast to cook with the stuffing. I cooked it
in the pressure cooker for about 22 minutes. When You take it out if you have
a cooking thamomitor make sure it the temperature is about 160 degrees. if not
just put it in the micro wave for about a minute to get it there.
This was my first attempt at cooking a turkey in the pressure cooker.
also, I forgot to mention when you put the turkey or chicken in the cooker you
need to put 1 and 1/2 cups of water or broth in the cooker. you can also use
half water or broth and half white wine. That is what I did.
I would also like to mention to be sure to use a good quality spice. I once
grew my own sage it was a lot of fun and nothing is better than the flavor you
get from home grown spices.
