Do n not have to flip if cook in the oven. Hint: season them well for best flavor and spray or grease pan or they will stick. It depends how you like them: 15 minutes to 20. I like mine pretty cooked so I do about 18 but my boyfriend likes them almost burnt and that's 20 minutes.
