You could substitute apple juice for the liquid in any cake recipe.

My husband just had to have a colonoscopy, and since he could
only have clear liquids on Wednesday, one of the things I bought
was apple juice, which we now have quite a bit left. Does anyone
have recipes using apple juice? I don't want beverages, but
recipes that use apple juice as one of the ingredients. Thanks
