My fave zuce recipe is as follows:
2 or 3 zukini cut very thin, i use the slicer on my grater.
Cut up onion and mix veggies with 2 or 3 eggs, a cup of milk with salt and 
pepper.
Grease pie pan and put everything in it.
I forgot, add cheese to taste and perhaps a couple bacon or sausage slices.
Mix it all up and cook until done at 350 for 45  to 55 minutes.
The meat should be cooked before you make the crustless quiche.
