I had a few in a text file, and I am enclosing them here, I also have a ton of
them I got from my daughter-in-law when she and my son gave me this great mug,
with a book she made of recipes for me. Most of them I have on my computer, so
when and if I find those, I will send them too, Good luck,Julie

Mac and Cheese in a Mug
1/3 cup pasta1/2 cup water1/4 cup 1% milk1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine the pasta and water in a large mug. Microwave on high for two minutes,
then stir. If you don’t want the water to overflow, just make this in a very
large microwaveable bowl. Repeat this for at least 2 to 4 more minutes,
stirring at each 2-minute interval. The water should absorb completely and the
pasta will be cooked through.Remove it from the microwave and stir in the milk
and cheese. Microwave for another minute. Stir the cheese thoroughly into the
pasta and eat up!

GLUTEN-FREE BREAD IN A CUP
1 large egg1 tsp water3 Tablespoons buttermilk - or 3 Tablespoons milk
substitute (almond, rice, soy) plus 3/4 tsp vinegar1/3 cup Pamela’s Gluten-Free
Baking Mix (Gluten-Free Bisquick or Bisquick All-Purpose Baking Mix would work
as well)1 tsp sugar (1 tsp honey, agave, molasses or 1 Tablespoon applesauce
works well as a sweetener substitute)
Combine the wet ingredients first and then incorporate the baking mix and the
sugar (makes the bread softer) and stir until well combined. Use a rubber
spatula or your finger to push the dough down into the cup and clean the
surface of any extra batter.Put the cup in your microwave and cook for 85
seconds (cooking times may vary). Prepare to be amazed when the timer goes off.
What you will have in that cup is warm, soft bread! Transfer the bread onto a
rack to cool then cut into three slices.

The power strip is not necessarily accessible. It's just any ol' power
strip. The timer is accessible. The device I remember seeing was basically
a power strip with an accessible 24-hour time delayer built into it. What I
saw used to, but no longer is, sold in a catalog of products for the blind,
from the American Foundation for the Blind, who no longer sells such
products. So, it might still be available from another such source.
