Today was stuffed burgers.
1 pound of Hamburg divided into 4 equal part.
One small sweet pepper. I used red. (One can use hot if desired).
One large onion for the onion slices.

Directions:
Place the first ball of burger between the saucers and press down to flatten burger into a patty. Do the same with the second ball of hamburger. Take a slice of uncooked onion and place in center of first burger. Take half of the pepper you fried and flatten and add cheese of your choice in hollow part of pepper and place over sliced onion. Cap with second burger and seal edges. Do the same with the other two pieces of burgers.
Get a skillet hot

Place in hot skillet and lift with a wide spatula for the first minute or two to stop the burgers from sticking. Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes. Flip the burgers over and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 7 minutes and enjoy.

And seeing you guys continue to talk about pizza, that is what I am making for tonight's meal. Seeing I am not crazy about store bought, making it from scratch. The topping will be stewed tomatoes (drained and seasoned to my taste with clove chopped garlic, red hot crushed pepper, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Fried onion rings and sweet peppers, pepperoni, and cheese.
