A little while ago, there was a request for Mug recipes, well, that got my creative juices flowing, and I wanted to create some recipes for quick goodies I could make for lunch. I have come up with some really different original ideas, but this is one I have gone back to now a couple of ties, so I thought I would share it with you all.Hope you enjoy it the way I have! Julie
Mexican Chicken and Noodles 1/3 cup pasta½ cup water1 teaspoon Chicken bullion granules½ cup cooked chicken ¼ cup salsa2 tablespoons frozen corn, thawed 1 tablespoon butter Shredded cheese as desired (I have used a Mexican blend, orjust plain cheddar) Salt and pepper Combine pasta, water and chicken bullion in a large mug.Microwave on high 2 minutes, then stir. Repeat this for at least 2-4 moreminutes, stirring at each 2-minute interval. Water should absorb completely andpasta will be cooked through. Add salsa, butter, chicken and corn to mug andmicrowave 45 seconds more. Stir in cheese until melted and eat!
