I wanted to share the amazing corn casserole recipe that is a big hit in my 
family. 
It is easy to make and delicious.
Corn Casserole

2 cans corn kernels drained
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
½ cup milk
1 stick real butter, softened
1 box of Jiffy cornmeal mix
Stir it all up, pour it in a 9x13 baking dish, bake it at 350 for 45 minutes.

It might not seem like it is done-but let it sit for a few minutes and it will 
stiffen up. This is one you can make easily the day before and then just warm 
up (not cook) and it is great. 
And, it goes a long way.
