I have a question about pressure cookers. I'm interested in buying
one, but have no experience with them. I'm considering an electric one,
called the Instant pot. It is also supposed to serve as a slow cooker
and several other things. The cooking pot is stainless steel, which I
prefer over nonstick surfaces that can sometimes leech into food. My
husband and I have read mixed reviews, including one from a blind person
who was really pleased with it.
I hope to go to a store and have a look at some pressure cookers
this weekend. I can't check out the Instant Pot, though, because you
have to order it from Canada. My question, for those who own a pressure
cooker, is: What kind do you have, and how well does it work for you?
