Hello,
Tonight I decided to make Lasagne in my pressure cooker.  unfortunately I did
not check to make sure the release was turned in the wright position.  I
thought something wasn't sounding wright and when i checked it there was a lot
of steam coming out.  I  cooled it down and it looked like there was enough
liquid in it so I turned the release knob to the wright position and put it
back on the stove. I knew there was some sause that might have stuck but I
thought it might be all wright.  well, when I took it off the stove, most of
the lasagne was all wright but there was quite a bit that stuck to the bottom
of the pressure cooker.  I got most of it off but there is some that is still
stuck. I have soaked it in water with dawn dish  washing liquid. put water in
it and added baking soda.  now I have it sitting with some stanless steal
cleaner in it.  So, it looks like I might have saved the lasagne but lost the
pressure cooker in the process.  Does anyone else have other ideas
of things I might try?
One thing I try to think about in times like this is, when I start to get too
sure of myself, things like this come about to teach me a lesson.
