Not that often, but it easily could, as I age! I get into small troubles when I rush and get nervous. Like the time I was preparing a batter years ago for corn dogs, and accidentally grabbed the tupperware container containing Nestlee's Quick, instead of the one with the self-rising cornmeal, grrr. had to throw out that mess. another time I grabbed cocoa or something and put some in my white flour gravy with the sausage grease or bacon grease, and it turned into a kid delight: chocolate gravy! My mishaps are when I come home from the grocery store, and am rushing to get stuff all sorted and put away; the checkout crew does not make matters easy, either, when they haphazardly put say, Mex. blend grated cheese with toilet paper, paper towels, Tide Pods, sheesh! then one pack of lunch meat in with milk and fruit juices, and the other pack of cold cuts in a bag with breakfast/granola bars. no semblance of order. I had a bag of Near East tabouleh mix, which should go in the cupboard, and a bag of Mex. blend cheese. My son caught the error as he was rushing to help me sort it quickly, as we had to leave to go somewhere else; I told him where I wanted the stuff, that went smoothly, but I said I could not find the tabouleh salad mix, and he handed it to me. I said I thought one of the packs of it was already in the closet! he looked, and it was! my Mexican blend cheese! so, it happens to the best of us. Sandy
