Pumpkin Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

[Crust]
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick melted salted butter
[Filling]
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 C sugar
2 C pumpkin
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS

[Crust]
Combine all ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely before adding the filling.

[Filling]
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Blend in pumpkin, spices, and salt.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Pour on top of crust.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until top begins to crack. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
