Use clips on the bag, and have someone create a tag out of sculpy or other polymer clay with a number, either in Braille or Arabic numerals, and clip that spring clip to the bag. Then create Braille labels and stick them to a sheet of paper on the outside of the fridge. Include the bag number on the label and you'll know what's in a bag by cross-referencing the number on the clip with the chart on the outside of the fridge.
