I posted how I do fried rice. I forgot to add you can saute any kind of cubed meat or use leftovers cut into pieces for chicken/pork,shrimp fried rice with the onions/garlic/peppers etc. My recipe is pretty adabptable and a great use of leftovers when there is not enough to serve again.
